What a credit is
Credits meter the AI work itself — a question answered, a document read, an automation that runs. One back-and-forth with the strongest model costs roughly 500 credits, so the free plan is about 30 conversations and the Team plan is a few hundred a day. Reading, searching and sharing what you have already stored costs nothing.
Included credits refill at the start of each month and do not roll over. Credits you buy on top are yours until you spend them.
What happens when you reach a limit
Nothing is deleted and nothing is switched off. When the month's credits run out, work that spends them waits until you top up or the month turns over; everything already stored stays readable. Storage and workspace limits work the same way — you keep what you have, and the next addition is what asks you to upgrade.
Enterprise
On-premise or bring-your-own-key deployment, organization-level policy and permission control, and a guided rollout. Priced against usage rather than a list, because the shape of the deployment is the price.
